Purpose of the Job Responsible for resolution of queries in accordance with the medical scheme rules and legislation. Professional customer services work at an advanced level involving answering phone calls and resolving queries, complaints and providing information and educating the members. Resons
and maintain strong working relationships with medical aid organizations, including insurers, managed care administrators. Serve as the main point of contact for medical aid organizations, proactively engage in regular communication and build trust. Collaborate with medical aid representatives to negotiate contracts, pricing communication between the pharmacy group and medical aid organizations, ensure accurate and timely exchange to resolve any issues or concerns raised by medical aid organizations, coordinate with relevant departments
providing first line support to members re. Medical aid and Individual Life Insurance queries. Criteria: 2 years exp. In Medical Aid Client Services – Inbound Contact Centre OR Medical Aid claims processing clients including the Medical Aid details and latest claim. • Interacting with medical aids/ medical practitioners
with medical aids, nursing staff and medical practitioners regarding confirmations of medical aids and obtained Ensure all information obtained from the medical aid is captured on the system and conveyed/escalated
