front desk / reception including: Attending to enquiries Attending to telephone calls Perform switchboard remains free of paperwork at all times Ensure meeting rooms and boardrooms are kept neat and tidy Catering / dining room is suitably prepared on a daily basis Ensure correct place settings are in place Attend to catering serving of meals and drinks Attend to general needs of guests and Directors attending lunch Health and Safety Events On an ad-hoc basis you will be required to attend company events to perform aforesaid tasks at external
