Position:
Receptionist / Office Administration

Location:
Helderkruin – West Rand

Duration:
Initial 3 months Contract / Renewable

Start Date:
ASAP

Remuneration:
Salary: R6500 to R 8000 + benefits p/m neg.

Purpose of the Job:
Execz Executive Placements, a Division of Lorrenmor (Pty) Limited has a vacancy for a mature person who is fluent in English and Afrikaans and who is to be employed as a receptionist / administrator.

Requirements:
The successful applicant will work from Mondays to Thursdays 08:00 to 17:00 pm and Fridays from 08:00 am to 16:30 pm.
A proven, successful and stable track-record is essential and the successful candidate will be presentable, organised and have good telephone manners and will also be assessed on:
* Self-starter with sober habits (non-smokers will receive preference)
* Attention to detail
* Own reliable transport
* Punctual and work attendance
* Residing on the West Rand
* Listening abilities
* MS OFFICE skills
* Stable track record.
