• Flexibility to work weekends and after hours in a shift schedule
• IT experience delivering operations support services
• Finance/Accounting basic skills
• Terraform

• Power-BI

Specific Technical / Functional skills:

• Technical understanding to assist with problem resolution
• Understanding of operations processes
• Informatics understanding to resolve problems related to data flow between various systems & middleware
• Linux
• Cloud Technology (Azure)
• DB (Oracle or MS SQL)
• Some development (Python & shell scripting & little bit of pearl)
• Networking Concepts - NAS - Mounts - AD groups
• Winscp - SFTP - SSH - security protocols (Cert's - key generations - LDAP) GIT (bitbucket) (GITHUB)
• Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
