Excellent opportunity for a Financial Advisor to join a diversified wealth management company focused on delivering real value to its investors over the long term The core function of the successful candidate will be to manage and grow their portfolio of clients while providing financial planning advice. To generate leads, set up appointments, meet clients and close the deal. To do an investment needs analysis To prepare and present a recommendation or solution to the client, implement, review and monitor on an ongoing basis. To obtain all necessary documentation (FICA documentation). To ensure all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the group's compliance and regulatory requirements. To assist with ad hoc marketing drives in your region. To effectively service your clients that may be in other centers limited travelling may be required Flexibility is required as clients from time to time request consultations outside of normal office hours. Analysis to provide ideas for new product development. Updating Profidar Report on daily bases. Submitting daily travel reports Submitting demographic report of client. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field 2 years experience in the financial services industry Have an understanding of Collective Investment Schemes, Retail Retirement Fund Industry and Wealth Management. History of building strong relationships. Excellent knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies CFP or diploma in Financial Planning advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients Passionate about providing the best financial services and advice to clients Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients, and communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner Valid driver's license essential. Adhering to CPD Requirement Fixed remuneration package (not commission based)
