Effectively generating premium collection files Ensuring the accuracy of the Age Analysis and effective reconciliations Ensuring communication with representatives, insurers, and clients Assisting with ad hoc invoicing and issuing of credit notes Must capture and allocate receipts to invoices. Must send invoices and statements to customers. Must conduct reconciliation of accounts. Assisting insurers and customers in resolving queries Maintaining accurate data in system (Cardinal) Assisting Auditors as and when required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills i.e. an enquiring mind. Ensure compliance and procedural requirements are always met. Going the extra mile for the business. 1. Three to five years accounting experience, in a broker environment would be beneficial 2. A bookkeeping or accounting or a related qualification is preferred but not essential for this role. 3. A strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices is preferred. 4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information. 5. High level of integrity and confidentiality. 6. Strong organisational and time management skills. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 8. Must be proficient in Excel. 9.
