3 to 5 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services (End user devices, Boardroom equipment, end user resources etc)
5 to 7 years extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry
Business development experience
Proven sales track record

ICT knowledge Client Services specific
Responsibilities and Accountability:
Responsible for 60% hunting and 40% farming (Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers)
To ensure that revenue and GP targets are met
Coordinate with various teams so that the customers expectations are met
Upsell the Companys services and solutions
To serve as the custodian for the Private and Public Sectors in order to drive overall market share
To serve as the liaison between the Company and their customers
To manage market segments, customer base and industry verticals to target
To assist in defining and executing the strategic business development plan
Manage and identify key customer relationships and pipeline
To utilize the internal System in order to track the whole sales process flow
Will be responsible for attending bi-weekly / monthly meetings and reporting thereof
Will be responsible for managing relationships between the Company, Distributors and OEMs
Ensure end-to-end responsibility and accountability for all tenders brought to the company, from crafting comprehensive cover letters to overseeing meticulous compliance with requirements and ensuring competitive pricing
