Account Manager - Cape Town City Centre

Minimum Education: Matric

Minimum Experience: 5 years experience selling Enterprise Software (non-negotiable)

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Must have a clear understanding of the clients business and technology requirements.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify new customers to meet sales quotas.
  • Generate demand from clients to develop and grow profitability.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Forecast and track sales progress to target.
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of the companys products and service offerings through obtaining the required vendor sales certifications.
