Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:- Must have a clear understanding of the clients business and technology requirements.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify new customers to meet sales quotas.
- Generate demand from clients to develop and grow profitability.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Forecast and track sales progress to target.
- Collaborate with the Product Managers to identify and grow opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of the companys products and service offerings through obtaining the required vendor sales certifications.
