Proficiency or familiarity with the South African property market
Strong drive and target-oriented mindset, coupled with exceptional people skills
Systematic approach and experience working with CRM systems
Duties and responsibilities:
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with introducers, both at the company level and with individual brokers and agents
Ensuring organisation remains top-of-mind by providing updates on new projects and progress reports for ongoing projects
A fair amout of networking will be required through one-on-ones and events
Updating accounts with availabilities within developments
Help introducers book meetings between their clients
Feeding relevant information to prospects
Manage sales process by collecting required documentation and feeding through our systems
Assist in deal progress with clients
Be driven to onboard more introducers/accounts to keep our distribution network growing
Cold calling database and marketing leads to book meetings
Occasional travel will be required, mostly JHB, Cape Town, Harare
Organising events for new launches, market updates and networking
