Requirements 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar role BCom advantageous Good verbal and written skills Team player Good interpersonal skills Computer Literacy: Axapta, SAP, Oracle or similar Excel advanced. Qlikview and Power BI will be advantageous. . Main Duties and Responsibilities: Month end reporting Review of reconciliations and approval of Trade creditor and Sundry payments Balance sheet recons Analysis of GL accounts and ensure correct allocations. Review of journals and various schedules and recons prepared by the Team. Control and Management of cashbook, bank admin and related. Contract Management Preparation of relevant journals on a monthly basis Control and Management of Fixed Assets Assist with credit applications. Assist branch with finance queries and reconciliations. Fleet and Insurance admin and reporting Key role in inventory analysis Branch trading & transactions assessments Key role in monthly cashflow (outflows) ESG reporting Leases, WCA related tasks Prepare reports as requested by management. BBEEE submissions Review and follow up on donations and samples Key role in cost review, analysis and savings Key role in relevant improvement projects Desired Skills: Excel Desired Qualification Level: Degree Apply Now
