Our client, a provider of outsourced cloud-based accounting and business solutions for retail, online and service business within a wide range of industries is looking for an Accountant to join their small, but unique and dynamic team in Stellenbosch.

Requirements

Matric
Comm B. Comm Hons, CIMA or SAIPA qualification (or other university degree with article experience)
SAIPA Articles completed (3 years)
Minimum of 3 Years of post qualification experience
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Xero, Dext, Draftworx / CaseWare
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities

Management of bookkeeper team
Assist with tax calculations and submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax).
Preparation and submission of monthly management accounts
Monthly Board Report generation
Preparation of annual financial statements as per IFRS for SME standards
Preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
