At least 8 years previous comparable experience in a financial environment. SAGE accounting experience. VIP payroll experience. Must have a good commercial knowledge of engineering and construction type contracts and contracting. Must be able to develop and prepare project cost reports and administer project cost reporting from sub-contractors and to clients. Computer literate in MS Office. Good administration skills. Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure. Valid drivers' license (Code B/EB). Market related
