Our client has a very exciting opportunity for an Administration Clerk who will give much valued support to the Creditors Team in managing the Creditors book You will assist by: Processing all pod, matching pod’s to correct load on our online platform Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure POD’s are received on a timely basis from transporters Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and pod Supplier reconciliation if required by the assistant accountant Requesting pod’s by means of emails and phone call Any other request by the Accountant or Assistant accountants Maintains historical records by filing documents. Telephone duties, this entail answering and directing calls. Any other ad hoc duties required. Requirements: Matric Excel Proficient Need to be accurate Need to be able to control a process Need to be able to manage situations Need to be able to communicate with internal colleagues and external clients Need to be able to work on their own (self starter) Need to be able to work in Teams Need to understand that the work is very repetitive Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Apply Now
