Accounts Administrator (Office automation industry) - Fourways, Johannesburg R20, 000 CTC Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator with experience in the office automation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various accounting tasks including debtors, creditors, billing for SLAs, and calculating SLA service costs. The role also involves meticulous data entry, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Good communication skills are essential as the position requires interacting with clients and internal teams. The candidate must have their own vehicle and live in close proximity to the Fourways area. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accounts Administrator Office automation industry experience is ESSENTIAL Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excel skills essential Strong understanding of debtors, creditors, and billing processes. Ability to calculate SLA service costs accurately. Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must have own vehicle for commuting. Resides In close proximity to the Fourways area. High level of integrity and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Generate and issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLAs. Calculate service costs for SLAs and maintain records of billing activities. Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and payment processing. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures. Handle administrative tasks related to accounting functions. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and resolutions.
