Compilation of Monthly Management Accounts Foreign exchange accounts Attending to transport queries Balancing of GL recons pertaining to creditors Negotiating discounts & payment structures Processing of payments Preparation of payments Monthly transport analysis and recons Analyse accounts Liaison with suppliers Audit VIP Payroll and verifications Sars E-filing payments Compilation of Financial Year Audit Packs Budget preparation and monitoring Costing Maintaining Fixed Asset Register Supervise Creditors Dept. / Debtors / Inventory Processing of Month End / Year End Authorization of creditors & cashbook payments Stock Take Process and Inventory Control Monthly Vat 201 calculation Balance Sheet Accounts on Monthly Basis Processing of Journal Entries Processing of Inter-Co Transactions Close monitoring of daily cash flow and bank balances Cash flow projections Maintaining & Analysing Income Statement Thorough knowledge of Syspro V8, Excel, Word, VIP Payroll, Microsoft Office, Outlook Experience working with Syspro /- 5 years Bachelor's degree specialising in subject like Maths, Accounting, Finance or Economics A formal qualification in Accounting (Graduate) and other qualifications in aspects of business would be a benefit At least five years of experience in finance-related positions, such as financial analyst or accountant Experience working in a Manufacturing Company will be an added advantage Management and supervisory skills
