A well-established organisation is looking for a Vendor Accountant. The main purpose of the role is to compile vendor invoices and account payable reports, as well as resolve client queries. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Efficiently handle vendor invoices using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Manage the monthly reconciliation of vendor accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Generate comprehensive reports on accounts payable activities weekly, monthly, and quarterly, providing valuable insights for decision-making. Act as a liaison between vendors and clients, promptly resolving any inquiries or discrepancies to maintain smooth operations. Take ownership of individual productivity, including the timely completion of timesheets and tasks. Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative work environment. Key Competencies Advanced Excel Skills Organised Attention to detail. Adaptable Problem-Solving Requirements: Accounting diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution Advanced experience in SAP FI module specifically Vendor Accounting and ReadSoft At least 5 years' experience in the same role Kindly note that all positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
