- Minimum 3-5 years experience within the property industry
- Advanced Excel
- Sage/Accpac
- Creditors monthly reconciliation
- Preparing and issuing checks for payment to creditors
- Following up with delinquent accounts to collect payments
- Reconcile the general ledger
- Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
