Job Specification (not totally inclusive) Processing accounts and outgoing payment in compliance with financial policies and procedures; Checks creditors age analyses, ensuring supporting documentation is verified and attached to purchase orders; Accurately capturing invoices in SAP to effect payments on time to all Creditors; Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts statements; Preparing creditors reconciliation and payment proposal; Preparing accruals and processing journals at month end; Ensuring that invoices are properly authorized; Attends to client/vendor queries and complaints; and files all documentation; and Participate in different projects when required. Minimum Skills required Relevant Accounting/Bookkeeping certificate is required; Must have at least 3 years' experience working in an accounting environment; Understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles, Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite or related software; and Must have valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Behavioural Competencies required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to adhere to strict deadlines; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; and Must be willing to work extended hours when required.
