My client a leading FMCG retailer in CapeTown has an exciting new vacancy for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Purpose of the job Manage all claims (manual and electronic) between members and suppliers on the business systems, ensuring claims are being attended within the business rules and timelines, Ad Hoc Any other reasonable task requested by management Filling/Record Keeping Update filing system Financial Administration ? Reconcile creditors ledger/commitment list to supplier statement ? Submit a recon for payment to be drawn Process Control ? Follow up on outstanding documents ? Follows up on queries ? Handle and resolve queries, eg credit note not received, and outstanding claims and invoices ? Reconcile debtor's accounts ? Reconcile items against statement ? Reconciles creditors' statements to remittances Education & Technical Qualifications ? Grade 12 Excel, AS400 and SAP preferred Previous Work Experience 2 years: Creditors (Required) Personal Attributes ? Attention to Detail (Work Standards) ? Communication Skills ? Customer Focused ? Managing Work (Time Management Send CV by the 14th of March 2024. Desired Skills: sap AS400 Excel Advanced Accounts Payable Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric
