Duties:
- Processing invoices received from suppliers and vendors accurately and promptly.
- Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices while adhering to payment terms and company policies.
- Reconciling supplier statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting principles
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- BCom degree required.
- Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
