One of the biggest automotive industries in Johannesburg is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable administrator to join their finance team. The ideal candidate must come from manufacturing with a clear understanding of Bills of Material. Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting 5 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing Skills: Syspro knowledge non-negotiable With a proper understanding of Age Analysis Control Concept Job description: Generate financial statements and reports (AR Age Analysis) detailing accounts receivable status. Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Prepare bills, invoices and statements. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data Process orders from customers.
