Accounts Receivable Clerk - Cape Town City Centre


As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, your responsibilities include the following:
Capture transactions and adjustments on Great Plains
Assist with setting up new sites on the accounting system
Ensure monthly Government duty payments are being processed
Prepare reports and produce monthly statements for the Area Managers
Create weekly revenue collection report
Reconcile and pay the site commissions on a monthly basis
Create and distribute invoices to sites
Ensure compliance with the internal and external policies and procedures and regulations related to all Regulatory Authorities
Record, monitor and follow-up on terms of generated revenue
Monitor the Route Monitoring Systems in terms of adjustments, queries and cash-ups

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a debtors role
Experience in the Great Plains accounting system is advantageous
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel

Qualification:
Matric
Studying towards a finance qualification
