Duties:

Generate and distribute invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure that billing procedures are followed correctly and that invoices are sent out promptly.
Manage the collections process, including monitoring overdue accounts, contacting customers for payment, and negotiating payment terms if necessary.
Oversee the application of cash receipts to customer accounts and ensure accuracy in posting payments.
