We at 15 On Grace are an eco-friendly and sustainable bottled water supplier. We are looking for someone who can fill an admin and bookkeeping roll in our company. Admin Duties: - Responding to emails. - Dealing with calls. - Communication with clients and suppliers. - Filing. - Ordering Stock. - Working on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint. (Other duties to be confirmed) Bookkeeping Duties: - Invoicing. - Reconciliation. - Payroll. - Budgeting. - Pulling reports. (Other duties too be confirmed) Experience: -We are looking for experience with accounting systems (Xero in particular). -Payroll systems. -Must be able to work on all Microsoft platforms. -Minimum 5 years experience with all the above mentioned duties and responsibilities. Bookkeeping and Accounting Diploma's/Degrees/Short Courses are definitely an added benefit. We always start with a probation period where will will offer R15 000.00 Gross. Once probabtion is over, we will offer R17 000.00 Gross. Being a smaller company, there is drastic room for growth and with growth comes the potential to earn drastically more.
