Admin Clerk - Dundee

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate diesel management
  • Office management
  • Verify opening and closing stock is correct and balanced
  • Timeous ordering of diesel
  • Daily update of diesel sheets and distribute to head office
  • Daily scanning and forwarding of diesel sheets and delivery notes
  • Filing of documentation
  • Managing clocking reports and timesheets
  • Recording and typing of meeting minutes
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Manage all delivery notes, orders and quotations
  • Assist with onboarding new employees (employee files, etc.)
  • Any other legal instruction from the Manager
Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12 with mathematics as a passed subject
  • Good communication in English (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in a general administrative environment is preferred
  • Familiar with operating IT equipment
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook non-negotiable
  • Familiar with communicating on WhatsApp groups
