REQUIREMENTS: - Completed BAC (Matric/ A Levels/ High School certificate) with at least 1 year working in an accounting environment or similar experience
- Computer literate - especially Excel, Word, Outlook
- Be organized and methodical
- Have the ability to work in a team as well as relate well to people from a variety of different backgrounds
- Excellent Admin skills
- Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
- Ability to work well under pressure
DUTIES: - Oversee and manage administrative tasks within the company's operations, with a focus on finance and accounting
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Handle invoicing and payment requests
- Coordinate with various departments
- Generate monthly reports for managerial and accounting purposes
- Ensure efficient and accurate execution of administrative processes
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Proficiency in computer software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
