Admin Controller - Cape Town Region

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completed BAC (Matric/ A Levels/ High School certificate) with at least 1 year working in an accounting environment or similar experience
  • Computer literate - especially Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Be organized and methodical
  • Have the ability to work in a team as well as relate well to people from a variety of different backgrounds
  • Excellent Admin skills
  • Ability to meet targets based on productivity and effectiveness
  • Ability to work well under pressure

DUTIES:

  • Oversee and manage administrative tasks within the company's operations, with a focus on finance and accounting
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Handle invoicing and payment requests
  • Coordinate with various departments
  • Generate monthly reports for managerial and accounting purposes
  • Ensure efficient and accurate execution of administrative processes
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
HOURS:
  • Monday to Fridays : 8:00 16:45
