Well-established and successful cleaning company based in Gillits, Upper Highway KZN is looking for an admin manager to manage the day to day running of the of the office, including bookkeeping, administration and payroll functions. Processing of customer and supplier invoices Following up on payments due and paying suppliers on time Compilation of monthly management and costing analysis Monthly payroll for permanent staff Monthly payroll recons Weekly payroll for temporary staff Administration of BCCCI provident fund Assisting the Management team with admin, correspondence and occasional quotations Providing HR admin support to the Operations team Debtors and Creditors Function Bank recon VAT201 EMP201 and EMP501 Employment Equity – Bi-annual COIDA Return of earnings – annual Assisting with submitting tenders. Accounting/admin qualification is required Knowledge and experience with Xero and Simple Pay Payroll experience will be advantageous Proficiency in excel and powerpoint is a must for the role 3 years minimum experience within finances and bookkeeping Candidate needs to be able to work independently with limited supervision Work well under pressure and able to multi task Good organisational skills Working hours are 8am to 2pm(excluding lunch) Monday to Friday Apply Now
