BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES To answer all incoming calls in a friendly, helpful and professional manner and direct to necessary person, taking down messages and forwarding to relevant person's telephonically / via e-mail. Handle all walk in customers and suppliers in a timeous and professional manner. Control of the POD Register and Receiving of POD's, follow up on outstanding POD's daily and keep an active data sheet with all relevant information and feedback details. (Note down in POD Register the invoice numbers, specify whether COD or EFT or Account. Write down credit note numbers. Sign in all PODS and Credits as processed and received for filing.) Reservations of all travel arrangements for Technicians / Sales Reps (Accommodation) This information is then put onto separate schedules per Technician / Sales Rep. Stationary ordering, monitoring, stock take, budget analyses and distribution. Making up, printing and distributing of all Training certificates, Charts and Books to customers. Printing, laminating and keeping stock of wall charts, books & files for S/C and all other relevant customers. Sending all MSDS's & TDS's as requested. Control & Stock take of GRN Books, Labels and all other Reception stock items. Receiving and distributing of all faxes & do all binding, photostatting and laminating needed Any ADHOC reasonable requests by Management. Daily filing. PREREQUISITES : Grade 12 (Standard 10). To be able to read and write proper English and speak Afrikaans Minimum 1-2 years Switchboard Experience Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word a must) Own Transport Essential Fixed Term Contract Salary Negotiable R 5,000.00 – R 6,500.00 Apply Now
