General Debtors and Creditors duties responsible for capturing bank statements, processing customer and supplier invoices, processing credits/debits notes and resolving debtor/creditor queries. General administration duties as required including but not limited to, filing, data capturing and compiling reports. Banking duties including but not limited to the responsibilities of daily cash-ups, reporting all cash up and banking discrepancies and overseeing and maintaining change requirements and the monitoring of the change safe. General switchboard duties. The candidate is expected to be an all- rounder within the administration environment. Grade 12. Minimum 3 years previous administration experience is required. Computer literate. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent time management and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills.
