The preferred candidate should be highly organized with a demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The focus of the role is to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth running of our office. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence. Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers online, via email, over the phone or in person Communicating with clients telephonically and via email Booking online meetings via MS Teams, Zoom or Google Meet and arranging meeting schedules Organising filing systems and updating office databases and administration Processing invoices, tracking receipts and preparing statements Arranging diaries and calendars Typing and formatting documents on MS Word and Pdf Responding to questions and requests for information Loading adverts and handling responses Min Matric, post matric qualification would be an advantage Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms Ability to multitask and prioritize own workload Valid driving license would be an advantage Apply Now
