Duties / Responsibilities Administration for Technical Department and Sites Employee coordination and Movement Employee Sick Leave and Relief coordination PPE ordering and distribution Staff overtime and time sheet management and sign-off of overtime Replying to mails within 24 hours Site and Technical assets (tools etc.) administration and assets register. Ensure system and Procedures are always followed. Invoicing and quoting to Clients. Other Administrative and general Duties which may be required or assigned form management from time to time Filing to be done Daily Requirements Grade 12 3 years of high-volume administration preferably within in invoicing or accounting High level of English Literate Able to Work under pressure. Able to work every Second Saturday Able and have transport to work overtime as is reasonably required. Attention to details and highly organized. Reliable Transport Knowledge or working experience on Sage Evolution and Sales Forces would be an advantage. Good basic understanding of Excel is required Permanent Night Shift Position from 18:00 - 06:00 Apply Now
