Overview:We are looking for a motivated and organized
Administrator to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is well-versed and has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can ensure a standard of excellence in all areas of operation.
Minimum Requirements:- Able to work on Sunday mornings (7:30-11:30), and on Saturday mornings when required.
- Reside in or around Wendywood, Sandton (preferable)
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Media, IT, Business Administration, Management preferred.
- 1-2 years work experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Canva, Adobe, and Video editing.
- Own laptop with wifi preferred.
- Own vehicle, with drivers licence.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confident and quick thinker, with the ability to analyse complex issues and offer solutions.
- Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to develop healthy relationships with people.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the church.
- Manage all administrative and organisational functions of the church.
- Create and maintain an organised filing system for records and documents.
- Manage the churchs internal and external communications.
- Manage the church building and maintenance, including taking stock of consumables.
- Oversee the churchs events, programs, and services.
- Manage stakeholder relations.
- Manage the media component of the church, including zoom meetings, as well as the audio and video recordings and editing of our sermons.
- Update the church website and other online platforms when needed.
