Administrator - - Sandton

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrator to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is well-versed and has excellent organizational and communication skills, and can ensure a standard of excellence in all areas of operation.

Minimum Requirements:

Able to work on Sunday mornings (7:30-11:30), and on Saturday mornings when required.
Reside in or around Wendywood, Sandton (preferable)
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Media, IT, Business Administration, Management preferred.
1-2 years work experience preferred, but not necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google workspace, Canva, Adobe, and Video editing.
Own laptop with wifi preferred.
Own vehicle, with drivers licence.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A confident and quick thinker, with the ability to analyse complex issues and offer solutions.
Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to develop healthy relationships with people.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the church.
Manage all administrative and organisational functions of the church.
Create and maintain an organised filing system for records and documents.
Manage the churchs internal and external communications.
Manage the church building and maintenance, including taking stock of consumables.
Oversee the churchs events, programs, and services.
Manage stakeholder relations.
Manage the media component of the church, including zoom meetings, as well as the audio and video recordings and editing of our sermons.
Update the church website and other online platforms when needed.
