Administrator position - Kempton Park The ideal candidate must have strong administrative skills and experience with Pastel and MS Excel as well as be a fast learner. The candidate must have strong written and verbal skills and be proficient with handling emails and multitasking. NO CALLS PLEASE - APPLY ONLINE Responsibilities: Customer Liaison Customer quotations Switchboard duties Invoicing and courier deliveries and collections at the mines Processing of all purchase orders for new and repairs items from receipt to delivery Be able to do imports and exports Full stock control Follow ups for all outstanding orders / PODs Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required To ensure that all processes and procedures in terms of key tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently. Maintaining a system for organizing company documents and day to day admin/documents. Requirements: Matric 3 to 5 years' experience in an administration position. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient with Pastel for invoicing purposes. Intermediate Excel Skills. Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively. A can-do attitude. Own transport. An eye for detail. An ability to work to deadlines. To be honest, discreet, and trustworthy. A professional manner and a strong ethical code. Ability to multitask and remain self-motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
