JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Auditing of agencies to ensure compliance to all applicable legislation Attending to written as well as telephonic queries or complaints, reconciliations and request for settlements Attend to all CSM matters Attend to all Debt Sale related queries and buy backs Withdraw and place accounts where applicable Arranging for the payment of commission to agencies Cutting of application images on data disks for recovery agencies General admin duties such as filing; archiving; assist paralegal with sorting of incoming mail (internal and external) Activate, de-activate and make adjustments to current Debit orders on the Alchemy system Identify and escalate debit order system or NUMIS related queries for action To perform / carry out any other reasonable requests that may be required from time to time. Attend to all NUMIS fail failure queries with the respective agencies Conduct Re-con investigations and provide feedback to the relevant agency Assist with Overpayment investigations Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 certificate Knowledge of applicable legislation (DCA, NCR etc) To have V21 knowledge EXCEL at an intermediate level. (Excel assessment applicable) Good working understanding of ALCHEMY and NUMIS would be to your advantage A good understanding of Debtors Admin and Customer services would be to your advantage Skills: To be administratively orientated To be able to Multi-task To be customer focused Have a high level of stress tolerance To be able to communicate at all levels, written and telephonic.
