A vacancy exits for the position of I.T Admin Support in the I.T Department of the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Industry in the KZN Regional Chamber. The successful applicant should be able to assist with software related problems and should be willing to learn currently used software and related databases to produce reporting. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Log and test software/application issues Provide Super User support New Staff application training/ Support Microsoft Office 365 support Microsoft Teams support Provide remote support of offsite users SQL Server scripts Working on Windows Server Environments from Server 2012 to 2016 Database Updates Produce requested reports for Staff and External requests Enforce POPIA requirements Support Key functions of the I.T Team Assist Team with projects Requirements: A, N or MCSA qualifications will be an added advantage. SQL Server Access Database- query, update, report Microsoft Office 365 Matric with Pure Maths At least 1 years working experience.
