Administrator/Building Manager - Durban

Building Management:

  • Maintenance of the building and facilities-related assets such as aircons, furniture, Appliances etc.
  • Handling all liaison with Suppliers/contractors.
  • Working with Finance department to ensure that monthly expenses relating to finance are handled (for example: lights and water).

Act as a landlord for our tenant offices:

  • Tending to the Landlord responsibilities.
  • Collecting rent.

Health & Safety (trainable):

  • Ensure safe environment for staff by complying with OHS regulations, Hazard prevention etc.

Ad hoc concierge:

  • For Executive Management and High ranking Guests (Airport collections/drop offs).
