Building Management:
- Maintenance of the building and facilities-related assets such as aircons, furniture, Appliances etc.
- Handling all liaison with Suppliers/contractors.
- Working with Finance department to ensure that monthly expenses relating to finance are handled (for example: lights and water).
Act as a landlord for our tenant offices:
- Tending to the Landlord responsibilities.
- Collecting rent.
Health & Safety (trainable):
- Ensure safe environment for staff by complying with OHS regulations, Hazard prevention etc.
Ad hoc concierge:
- For Executive Management and High ranking Guests (Airport collections/drop offs).
