Key Responsibilities: System Support : Manage and support enterprise-level, mission-critical systems within a large IT shared services organization or telecom service provider environment. Effective Communication : Communicate intricate technical and procedural matters clearly to both technical and non-technical personnel. Incident Management : Quickly understand complex network infrastructure during major incidents and provide technical leadership. Network Configuration & Troubleshooting : Firewall configuration MPLS L3VPN and L2VPN Router and switch design SD-WAN IP Connectivity Network Management & Security : Maintain network security Perform network backups What We Need from You: Educational Requirements : Matric/ Grade 12 Diploma/Degree in a relevant field HCIA R&S (or CCNA) HCIP R&S (or CCNP) Experience : 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical systems in a large IT shared services organization or telecom service provider environment. Technical Skills : Professional-level knowledge of Networking Technologies (MPLS, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, QoS, IP Multicast, VLAN, QinQ, VRRP, DHCP, DNS) Experience with hardware from Cisco, Huawei, and Fortigate Understanding of communication protocols (e.g., DHCP, NAT, VLANs, Spanning Tree, Routing) Proficient in TCP/IP and other network services Basic upto R30,000.00 pm KPI Bonus and company benefits
