Affinity Claims Administrator - Kloof

Technical Competencies and responsibilities
  1. Experience working in an inbound Call Centre environment.
  2. Insurance Claims experience.
  3. Proficient in telephone etiquette.
  4. High computer literacy in MS Word and Excel.
  5. Investigate claims by contacting relevant clients to obtain outstanding information and/or documentation.
  6. Receive and respond to incoming internal and external calls professionally and efficiently.
  7. Upload documentation onto the system.
  8. Follow up on pending claims (excess, outstanding information, etc.)

  5. People-oriented with tact and patience.
  6. Ability to work under pressure.
