Requirements: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have at least 2 to 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant, with a guest seating of 250 and above Demonstrate proficiency in the use of POS software such as Pilot for cash-ups, day-end, and month-end procedures. Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and off days as per roster. Provide recent contactable references. Experience in co-ordinating all restaurant operations.
