- Plan Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment
- Working with Africa Agency Network
- Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities
- Africa Control Tower
- Projects
- Oil and Gas Petrochemicals
- Internal Training
- Product Development
- Reporting
- R-G Mozambique
- R-G ZA East Africa MZ Corridor
- Comply with the requirements of the quality management system

Knowledge & Experience
- Technical competence of the role.
- Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.
- P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, KPIs).
- Previous Africa exposure, whereof 5 years experience at management.
- Excellent and proven negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills and decision making skills
- Entrepreneurial capability
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (written &verbal)
