Aftersales Consultant - Johannesburg
*THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
This is a new and exciting position for a motorcycle enthusiast who has parts and service experience. This unique position is for a new and growing motorcycle group, and they are looking for a high-calibre candidate who can relate to their premium brand clients. You will be responsible for selling parts and accessories as well as handling the service intake (Service Advisor). It is essential that you have RECENT Parts Sales/Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership, you have working knowledge of Keyloop/CDK or similar DMS Package and that you have outstanding communication skills.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License (A motorcycle license 125cc and above is preferred)
A passion for motorcycles
At least 3 years of RECENT Parts Sales/Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership
Working knowledge of Keyloop/CDK/Drive or similar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
Strong organizational and time-management skills
A stable work history
