Our Client is looking for a Aftersales Director, located in Pretoria. Job Summary: The Aftersales Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the after-sales department, including service, parts, and customer support. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities not limited to: Responsible for the management of workshops Responsible for spare parts warehousing and logistics management Responsible for developing and executing after-sales and spare parts strategies Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality parts and materials Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably in aftersales. Strong understanding of automotive service and parts operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives and lead change. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies. Ability to travel as needed.
