COMMENCEMENT: As soon as possible ROLE: Facilitate agile ceremonies in line with the Agile Working Model Facilitate the removal of impediments (willing to get into the detail to solve impediments) Involve all stakeholders (Business/Developers/QA) in solution design Lead explorations if needed to deliver Epics and User Stories from a Saga (e.g. story mapping) Coach team on structuring requirements in an Agile way Ensuring the sustainability of the project by taking appropriate actions where necessary Supports multiple Feature Teams in complex Products / Sub-products Provides key insights into the evolution of Agile KPIs in complex Agile Teams to improve efficiencies Guides the team and organisation on the use and application of Agile methodologies and practices and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team/projects Aligns within bigger teams to ensure good collaboration and value adding outcomes Collaborates with Product Owners and colleagues across multiple sites/locations Gives structure to workshops and meetings to lead and facilitate the team's Agile way of working.
