We are seeking someone bold and assertive and able to think out of the box, with good problem-solving skills and abilities. Adept at acting for both plaintiffs and defendants with a proven track record in dealing with same. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in Practice as a Defendant Attorney.
QualificationsLLB Degree and Completed Articles. (Admitted Attorney)
Skills5 Years post admission experience required. Versatile, confident, adaptable and willing to learn but also hold one's own. Experience in Litigation and general Commercial Law. Experience with Bank matters advantageous. Ability to work independently and without supervision. Valid Driver's License and Own Transport essential. We are seeking a stable track record and you must please already be residing in Johannesburg/Gauteng.
