Division CMM Department Quality Assurance Employment Type Permanent Job Purpose The incumbent is responsible for the receipt and storage of intermediate products, final products, raw materials and stability samples in accordance with procedures as well as issuance of documentation, and procurement of laboratory consumables and equipment. Accountabilities Issuance of documents for finished products, stability, packaging, micro and raw materials Initiation of required changes as per change control To ensure compliance with GLP as laid in the QC procedures. Maintain or upkeep of Lab working area, following the lab laid down safety precautions while working in the lab Maintain of PPE and adherence to safety measures in the Lab Responsible for Coordinating the removal of waste (Including micro waste) from the QC lab timeously. responsible for ensuring all SOP in department is correct. Preparation and review of documents including specifications, SOP / WI etc Receiving and confirming all samples received into to lab and ordering and fetching of stationery used in the Lab. Ensure control and issue of relevant documentation i.e. Archiving and retrieval of documentation and filing of QC documents. Co-ordinate activities involved with procuring goods and services such as price, and delivery schedule as well as maintain stock levels for lab consumables. Preparing all the documents and information such as receipts, GRN delivery Notes for payment Ordering of primary standards and ensuring receipt and storage conditions of the same. Control, receipt, dispensing and issuing of standards including but not limited to Primary, calibration, and working standard. Management of Placebos drawing up protocols for placebos, protocols for qualification documents for standards, validity study for standards control and maintain of poisonous chemicals purchase, and review of compendia.
