Reference: NFP014220-AND-1 Transform Data into Action: Become our MDU Analyst and Drive Success The MDU (Master Data Universe) Analyst is responsible for setting the strategic direction for maintaining and optimizing the Master Data Universe, a crucial database central to operational strategies. The role involves developing and refining rules and statistical models to enhance contractability and improve recovery rates, supporting collections and recovery efforts Key Responsibilities: MDU Strategy and Direction : Develop and implement strategic plans for MDU maintenance and optimization. Rule and Model Development : Create and manage rules and models for identifying optimal contact information and outreach times. Data Enrichment and Analysis : Oversee data enrichment efforts and analyse data to provide actionable insights for improving contractability and recovery rates. Collaboration and Communication : Work with back-end teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest data management technologies and methodologies, continuously enhancing the MDU. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Experience : 5 years in data analysis, data management, or similar roles; advanced analytics experience; proficiency in SQL and database management. Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, experience with data modelling and data warehousing, knowledge of data quality and governance best practices, excellent communication and teamwork skills.
