Company One of the largest private Medical Aid companies in SA. They have been established for 20 years and are striving to be 1 in SA. Purpose The primary purpose is to report on Company's total existing and new membership metrics as well as per sales channel (advisor channel, direct sales, corporate, individual, etc). Assist with member data analysis and interpretation. Prepare and present marketing and sales analytics such as market size, competitor analysis, market and sales channel analysis, market trend analysis, pricing analysis and competitor scheme options analysis) and make recommendations assisting towards growth. Utilise proven primary and secondary market research methods to produce high quality and timely research deliverables. Responsibilities Scan medical schemes sector, relevant content from all media channels including websites to develop responses to initiatives that support the Sales and Marketing departments with their technical marketing needs. Develop and report/present at least once a month; quick market insights and pro-active examples where company products have a competitive advantage. Prepare and present quarterly industry analysis and competitor analysis identifying trends, emerging patterns with recommendations. Prepare and present quarterly market segmentation analysis and internal analysis of trends in specific employer groups, employer group sectors and brokerages. Prepare and present comparative analysis of all medical scheme options amongst top 10 competitors. Analyze scheme launches to identify market gaps that Company can capitalize on to reach prospective members. Support Business Development Specialist with research and relevant information on identified M & A targets. Support the Advisor Channel Sales with underwriting quotations and competitor contribution comparisons. Support Direct Sales with comparisons of options, individual option benefit summaries and contributions per family on time. Support Advisor Channels sales with monthly sales performance analysis per portfolio and brokerage/advisor. Develop annual FAIS Product Specific and Advisor Accreditation Test and ensure certification is in place. Support the Advisor Channel Sales to grow the number of advisors successfully completing the Product Specific Test (PST) each year. Provide timely accurate Advisor Channel reporting to the Advisor Channel Sales Manager and Executive Management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide timely Organizational statistics to Executive Management every month. Provide timely accurate Advisor Channel and Direct Sales information for the Monthly Newsletter. Requirements Minimum 5 years within a Marketing and Sales Analytics role Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher) Diploma / Degree (Information Systems or Statistics or Financial Management or equivalent) R Negotiable on experience Apply Now
