Key Responsibilities: Experienced Web Development Team Lead with a comprehensive skill set. Lead a team through the entire project lifecycle, from designing and developing web architectures to maintaining existing applications. Proficient in modifying production software, coding, testing, and documenting application features. Demonstrates strong adherence to quality standards and governance throughout the SDLC. Take a proactive role in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Adept at fostering collaboration, innovation, and a flexible culture within the software development environment. Emphasizes knowledge-sharing and team development while driving accountability and ownership among team members. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, preferably with Honours. Certifications in Web and Mobile technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, IOS, Android, and React Native. Also certified in the Microsoft Web stack, covering MVC, C#, VB.net, razor, IIS, ASP.net, WCF/Web services, Web API, SOAP, REST, and XML. 6 -10 years of relevant experience as a web and mobile development team leader Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft .Net Frameworks, SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Reporting Services, along with experience in Data Architecture and Database System Design Exhibits proficiency in Agile Scrum and Waterfall SDLC methodologies, as well as in DevSecOps practices. Additionally, holds knowledge/experience in Natural, NATURALOne, Natural Engineer, Entire/X, Webmethods or Integration Server, Adabas, online & batch processing, and familiarity with JIRA, GIT, and Microsoft TFS.
