Our Client requires a skilled and seasoned System Administrator/Application Administrator specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics NAV). The role will report to senior members of the finance team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation, customization, and optimization of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science Proficiency in the Microsoft Eco-System, including SharePoint, Office Suite, and Power BI (highly advantageous) Possession of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certificate Sound understanding of financial accounting systems, processes, and controls (preferably with an accounting qualification) Extensive Excel skills and ability to efficiently handle large data sets Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing systems Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills Eagerness and willingness to investigate and challenge information and actions when necessary and appropriate Responsibilities include: System Administration: Supervising day-to-day administration and upkeep of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Tailoring and configuring the system to align with business processes and needs Implementation and Integration: Leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with other software Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement custom modules and functionalities Working closely with finance teams to generate and implement accurate reports Assisting in the development and implementation of standard operating practices User Support and Training: Aiding end-users, addressing queries, and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Conducting training sessions to enable users to effectively utilize system features Customization and Development: Performing customization tasks and development activities to augment the system's capabilities Collaborating with developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Security and Access Management: Enforcing and managing security protocols for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administering user roles and permissions to ensure compliance with security standards Optimization and Performance Tuning: Continuously evaluating and enhancing the performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Identifying and resolving any issues concerning system responsiveness and data integrity Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and user manuals Keeping abreast of updates and improvements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Desired Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Nav SharePoint Office Suite PowerBI User Support and Training Implementation Integration Bookkeeping basics Desired Work Experience: 5 to 10 years Desired Qualification Level: Diploma About The Employer: Well established chemical manufacturing company
