My client is looking for an Applications Engineer, who will be responsible for designing and developing products and systems. You'll also provide essential support to field operations, global product design, and quality. Minimum Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering. Valid driver’s license. Own reliable transport – Traveling will be part of the job requirements. Ability to pass medical assessments. Proficient in computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Strong Project Management Skills. Excellent oral, cross-functional, and interpersonal communication skills. 5-7 years of experience in an Applications Engineering Role. Mining/Plant/Heavy Engineering experience is advantageous. Job Requirements & Responsibilities:As an Applications Engineer, you will: Report to the Engineering Manager. Ensure adherence to schedule and technical integrity of products. Control operating budget and improve existing products. Address major challenges and problem-solving tasks effectively. Support other departments to achieve product excellence. Identify and meet customer requirements for new products. Strategically plan product design and compliance. Organize departmental goals, budget, and design guidelines. Develop continuous improvement programs for cost reduction and performance enhancement. Encourage innovation in design and promote teamwork. Direct and supervise design and development projects. Maximize people capability and capacity through holistic development approaches. Monitor and control project exceptions, schedule, and budget. Report on RSA Manufactured Products and assist with prototype building and field testing.
